The incident occurred during a birthday party on Malicoat Avenue, where a fight broke out among the guests and the hosting family. The altercation escalated into a chaotic shooting, resulting in the deaths of Anthony Hernandez and Myron Crenshaw Jr., aged 29, from Vallejo.
