Charles Cequan Riggins, a 23-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021, in Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Riggins was shot near 2103 W. Jefferson Blvd. in the Jefferson Park neighborhood.
