Joseph Tyi Jaris Syncere Scarlett, an 18-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically passed away on December 17, 2021. Known affectionately as "JoJo," he was born on July 16, 2003, in Alaska. His death was a significant loss to his family and friends, who remember him fondly and shared their condolences and memories on various platforms. A visitation was held on January 2, 2022, followed by a funeral service on January 3, 2022, at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, California.
