Fernando R. Bustamante, aged 43, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on January 9, 2022, in East Bakersfield, California. The incident occurred around 2:40 p.m. at the intersection of Oregon Street and Miller Street. Officers from the Bakersfield Police Department responded to reports of a shooting and found Bustamante with multiple gunshot wounds.
