Cynthia Claros, aged 38, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2022, in Atwater, California. The incident occurred at the Belmont Park Apartments, located at Secretariat Way and Belmont Avenue. On the night of the shooting, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 10:15 PM. Upon arrival, they discovered Cynthia Claros and a man inside a silver sedan.
