Terrance Coates, a 38-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, was tragically killed on February 10, 2022. On that evening, at approximately 7:56 PM, the San Bernardino Police Call Center received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 1300 block of North Arrowhead Avenue.
