Luis Sandoval, a 70-year-old resident of East Los Angeles, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2007. On that fateful day, Sandoval was riding his bicycle near Olympic Boulevard and Hicks Avenue when he was caught in a crossfire between rival tagging crews.
