Manuel Louie Hernandez, a 32-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, was found fatally shot inside a car on March 14, 2022. The incident occurred in the area of the 1000 block of East 2nd Street. Police received a 911 call around 9 a.m. to check on a vehicle, where they discovered Hernandez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
