Hamilton Alexander Taracena, a 39-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2022. On that day, at approximately 10:09 a.m., the San Bernardino Police Department received multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting in the Base Line wash area, west of California Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Taracena suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:10 a.m.
