Jonas Najar Jr., a 41-year-old Hispanic male from Montrose, Colorado, died on Monday, September 5, 2022. Born on April 15, 1981, to Jonas and Carol Najar, he spent his childhood in nearby Olathe. After high school, he worked as a welder and in hard rock mining for a decade before discovering a passion for farming and ranching, which became his occupation at the time of his death.
