Death by Force

Christopher Michael Morris, a 40-year-old San Francisco native, passed away on June 15, 2022. Morris, who was a sergeant with the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD), died by suicide at his home in the Excelsior district. He was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Morris had been a dedicated member of the SFPD for 16 years, having achieved the rank of sergeant and serving his community with pride.
