Walter Bailey, a 47-year-old resident of San Diego, California, was tragically found dead on October 16, 2022, in the Del Cerro neighborhood. The incident occurred around 12:48 p.m. when police received a call for a welfare check on a man lying in the street in the 5700 block of Adobe Falls Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Bailey with a gunshot wound to his upper body. Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
