Daniella Marie Patterson, a 35-year-old single mother from Niagara Falls, NY, tragically lost her life on December 10, 2022. She was shot and killed while sitting defenseless in her car on the 400 block of 9th Street in Niagara Falls. The incident occurred when Marchello Gildersleeve, a 43-year-old man, approached her vehicle and fired multiple shots at close range. As Patterson's car began to drive off, Gildersleeve continued to shoot, ultimately resulting in her death.
