Luis Alfredo Ferro-Sanchez, a 20-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2022, in what has been described as an accidental shooting. The incident occurred at the home of Francisco Villicana, an off-duty Santa Cruz police officer, on Antelope Drive in Salinas.
