Gillian Del Valle, a 16-year-old from National City, California, tragically lost her life on October 28, 2022. She was gunned down following a Halloween party in the 1800 block of East 17th Street. The incident occurred around 11:35 p.m., when National City police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Gillian and an 18-year-old male, Edwin Barrera, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
