Julio Cesar Ortega, aged 51, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2022, in Highgrove, California. Ortega, originally from Jurupa Valley, was involved in a fatal confrontation at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Spring Street. During this altercation, he was shot and killed. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department quickly identified the suspect as Arnulfo Prado Jr., a 34-year-old resident of Riverside.
