Julio Cesar Ortega, aged 51, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2022, in Highgrove, California. Ortega, originally from Jurupa Valley, was involved in a fatal confrontation at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Spring Street. During this altercation, he was shot and killed.
