Julie Kay Bounds, aged 58, was tragically found dead on December 6, 2022, in her home in Madera, California. The Madera County Sheriff's Office responded to a welfare check at the residence and discovered both Julie and her husband, Monty Bounds, deceased from gunshot wounds. Monty Bounds, aged 60, was found with a gun in his hand, leading investigators to determine that the incident was a murder-suicide. The couple had been married for approximately ten years.
