Jose Felix Cruz Menjivar, a 39-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2022, in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. The incident occurred in an alley near 6955 Fulton Avenue, where Menjivar was fatally shot.
