Jorge Arturo Lopez, a 34-year-old resident of Pacoima, Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:20 a.m., in the parking lot of the Branford Villas apartment complex located in the 12700 block of Branford Street.
