Paul N. Luther, a 21-year-old auxiliary policeman from Mechanicville, NY, tragically lost his life on October 30, 1976. On that fateful night, Luther was on patrol near a local restaurant when a sniper opened fire on the establishment. The shooter, Kenyon W.
