Malcolm Ferguson, a 23-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2000. Ferguson was fatally shot in the head by a narcotics officer during a police operation. The incident occurred in an apartment building at 1045 Boynton Avenue, just three blocks from where Amadou Diallo had been killed by police a year earlier.
