In the late summer of 2011, the tranquil setting of a Lake George campground became the scene of a heart-wrenching tragedy that claimed the life of 10-year-old Noel Parcells. Noel, a creative and imaginative young girl from Rochester, New York, was found deceased on September 6, 2011, alongside her 3-year-old half-sister, Mia Parcells, in a tent at the Adirondack Camping Village.
