Noel Parcells, a 10-year-old girl from Rochester, New York, tragically lost her life on September 6, 2011, in a murder-suicide incident at a campground in Lake George, New York. Noel and her 3-year-old half-sister, Mia Parcells, were shot and killed by their father, Adam Parcells, as they slept in a tent at the Adirondack Camping Village.
