Thomas E. Stefka, aged 62, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2013, in Herkimer, New York. Born on June 24, 1950, in Little Falls, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Stefka was well-known for his musical talents and his active involvement in the community. He worked for over twenty years as a social welfare examiner for the Herkimer County Department of Social Services before retiring in 2001.
