Mujtabah Lodhi, a 13-year-old boy from Pleasant Valley, NY, tragically died on November 22, 2013, in what was later determined to be a murder-suicide orchestrated by his father, Abbas Lodhi. The incident shocked the community and left many searching for answers. Abbas Lodhi, a pharmacist, first shot his wife, Sarwat Lodhi, before turning the gun on his two sons, Mujtabah and Zain, and then himself.
