In the city of Buffalo, New York, a young man’s life was tragically cut short. Twenty-year-old Cesar Luis Davila-Ramirez, a male resident of the city, became a victim of gun violence on November 23, 2014. The fatal incident occurred at his own home, located at 36 Hudson Street.
