Michael Northcote, a 34-year-old resident of Bethel, NY, was found dead in his home on Cohen and Cohen Road on October 12, 2015. His death was ruled a homicide, the result of a shooting during what authorities described as a botched home invasion. Northcote was discovered by sheriff's deputies responding to a 911 call shortly before 10 p.m. that evening.
