Ellen Barber, aged 64, was found dead on October 25, 2015, in her home in Sheldon, New York. The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office conducted a welfare check on the residence of Ellen and her husband, Edson "Al" Barber, aged 67, after concerns were raised about their well-being.
