On a grim Thursday morning, November 10, 2016, the life of 36-year-old Shari Robbins was tragically cut short in a violent act that shook the community of Jamestown, New York. A dedicated certified nursing assistant and beautician at Heritage Ministries, Shari was ambushed in a parking lot on Prospect Street as she arrived for work. It was there that her estranged husband, Keith L. Robbins, then 36, fatally shot her in what authorities would describe as a targeted attack.
