On an autumn evening in Buffalo, New York, the life of 19-year-old Norman Fullenweider was tragically cut short. On October 30, 2015, Fullenweider, an African American male, was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident unfolded in the 1200 block of Fillmore Avenue, where he and another young man, 21-year-old Jermaine Moss, were targeted.
