23 year old murdered during attempted robbery
Rudy Benavidez-Zamora, aged 23, was killed on December 19, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rudy's death occurred during an attempted robbery while he and a friend had pulled into a parking lot near South Salcedo and Baudin streets. The incident happened around 7 PM when two suspects approached his friend, attempting to rob him. During the confrontation, one of the suspects fired a gun, hitting Rudy in the head.
