Marquel E. Fallen, a 22-year-old resident of Schenectady, NY, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2016. The incident occurred in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood, where Fallen was found shot multiple times while sitting in a sport utility vehicle near 323 Germania Avenue.
