Michelle Marks, a 23-year-old woman from Brooklyn, NY, tragically lost her life on June 6, 2016. She was fatally shot in the head near Brooklyn Bridge Park while on the phone with her boyfriend. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. as she was waiting for a bus after finishing her shift at Fornino Pizza, an outdoor pizzeria in the park.
