Dion Givens, an 18-year-old from Liverpool, NY, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2016. He was shot while riding in a car on Interstate 81 in the town of Salina, near Syracuse. The incident occurred when individuals in another vehicle opened fire, fatally wounding Givens. He was rushed to Upstate Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
