In the winter of 2016, the life of 16-year-old Alexon Moya was tragically cut short in a senseless act of gang violence in Uniondale, New York. On the night of December 13th, Moya was standing on Fenimore Avenue when he was struck in the head by a stray bullet. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries three days later. The initial investigation revealed that two Hispanic men on bicycles were seen fleeing the scene.
