Quaysean Haywood, a 28-year-old aspiring rapper from the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2017. Haywood, who performed under the stage name Quay Dollaz, was shot in the buttocks at the intersection of Hawkstone Street and Walton Avenue in the Mount Eden neighborhood. The bullet traveled into his abdominal cavity, causing severe internal bleeding. Despite undergoing surgery at St. Barnabas Hospital, Haywood succumbed to his injuries the following day.
