In the summer of 2017, the life of 25-year-old Calvin Williams was tragically cut short on a street in Buffalo, New York. On the night of June 12th, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Williams was shot and killed on Pries Avenue. His death marked a devastating blow to his family, particularly for his father, for whom this was the third child lost to violence. At the time of his death, Williams was reportedly trying to turn his life around and had recently enrolled at Bryant & Stratton College.
