Shaun Chadwick, a 47-year-old resident of Monticello, NY, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2017. The incident occurred in the area of Holmes Street and Wood Avenue in the Village of Monticello. On that fateful night, Chadwick was shot multiple times. Despite his injuries, he managed to run to the parking lot of the "It's a Wash" laundromat on Forestburgh Road, where he ultimately collapsed and was later pronounced dead.
