On a September evening in 2017, the life of 47-year-old Shaun Chadwick was tragically cut short in Monticello, New York. In the vicinity of Holmes Street and Wood Avenue, he was shot multiple times. Despite his severe injuries, Chadwick managed to flee the scene, running to the parking lot of the 'It's a Wash' laundromat on Forestburgh Road before he collapsed.
