Lawrence Burns, a 19-year-old from Brooklyn, was tragically found dead on May 20, 2018, in Monticello, NY. His body was discovered around 3:37 a.m. by members of the Village of Monticello Police Department and New York State Police, responding to a 911 call reporting a body on the ground.
