In the autumn of 2018, concern grew for David Dickens-Anderson, a 33-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, after he hadn't been seen since September 29th. The Buffalo Police issued a public call for assistance in locating him on October 7, 2018, describing him as 5'8' and weighing about 160 pounds with black hair.
