Matthew Gilreath, a 28-year-old resident of Hempstead, NY, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident. The events unfolded in the early hours of the morning, around 2:44 am, when Gilreath was standing in the doorway of 100 Terrace Avenue. An argument broke out between Gilreath and James Wilson, a 38-year-old man from Brooklyn.
