Richard Hall, a 27-year-old resident of Harlem, New York, was tragically killed on December 31, 2019. The incident occurred just before the New Year, inside the New Ebony Hotel located on West 112th Street between St. Nicholas Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard. Hall was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. Despite being rushed to Mount Sinai Saint Luke's hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
