In the late hours of a spring evening in Hudson, New York, the life of 18-year-old Terrell J. Starr was cut short. On May 16, 2020, an exchange of gunfire erupted in the parking lot of the Hudson Terrace Apartments, leaving two individuals with bullet wounds.
