Terrell J. Starr, an 18-year-old from Stottville, New York, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2020, in a shooting incident in Hudson, NY. The incident occurred late at night near the Hudson Terrace Apartments on Front Street. According to reports, multiple gunshots were heard just before 11 p.m., prompting numerous 911 calls.
