In the early morning hours of June 7, 2020, the life of 24-year-old India Butler was tragically cut short in Syracuse, New York. A resident of the city where she was born and raised, Ms. Butler was a vibrant young woman who worked at both UPS and the Movie Tavern. Her life, however, came to a violent end on the 300 block of Ellis Street on the city's East Side.
