Wayne Cherry, a 36-year-old resident of Brentwood, New York, was found dead on June 14, 2020, in the backyard of an unoccupied home on Udall Road in Baywood, a hamlet in the town of Islip, Suffolk County. His body was discovered by an individual who went to check on the vacant property.
