In a burst of violence on a Tuesday afternoon in Queens, 20-year-old Christopher Campbell lost his life. On September 8, 2020, at approximately 2 p.m., a verbal dispute on Rockaway Beach Boulevard near Shore Front Parkway escalated with tragic consequences. An individual opened fire into a crowd of people in the courtyard of a building, striking three individuals.

Campbell was shot in the chest and later died at the hospital. Two other people were also wounded in the shooting but survived ...
