Timothy Powers, aged 64, from Cold Brook, NY, passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2021. Born on November 2, 1956, in Utica, he was the son of Joyce and Robert Powers. Timothy graduated from Poland Central School in 1975 and worked as a Construction Supervisor for All-Rite Construction in New Jersey until a debilitating stroke forced him into retirement.
