Oscar D. Sullivan, a 25-year-old resident of Manlius, NY, tragically passed away on April 26, 2021. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply distressing, as it was part of a murder-suicide incident. According to the Town of Manlius Police Department, Sullivan fatally shot his girlfriend, Leah McIrwin, before taking his own life later that same day.
