In the quiet village of Manlius, New York, a verbal dispute on an April evening escalated into a fatal act of violence that claimed the life of 39-year-old Kenquan Davis of Syracuse. On April 6, 2025, Davis was involved in an argument with his own uncle, 48-year-old Radu Turner, outside a residence on Elmbrook Drive. The disagreement took a tragic turn as Davis attempted to leave the scene in his vehicle. It was at that moment that a shot was fired, striking Davis.
