Isaiah Levine, a 16-year-old from Manhattan, NY, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2021, in a double shooting incident on the Lower East Side. The shooting occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Delancey and Suffolk streets. Isaiah was found unconscious in the street with a gunshot wound to his face and was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
