On January 22, 2017, 22-year-old Terence Boullt was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head in the Milan neighborhood of New Orleans. Authorities discovered Boullt lying against a fence at the intersection of Amelia and LaSalle Streets just before 8:30 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
